I had a blog in college, way back in the elder millennial days of 2009, and it was fun. It could be one sentence or five paragraphs. Sometimes I just shared a picture. Sometimes I talked about lunch. There was no pressure, and I did it to entertain myself and like three other friends. I miss that.

I know the place to be these days is Substack, but the thought of drumming up subscriptions and churning out regular emails makes my spirit shrivel up within me like a cartoon lizard with X eyes. (Dead.) (One of my primary writerly themes.)
So in the spirit of the good ol’ days of the internet, I’m going to throw out a few words and links and pictures every now and then. Just for me. Just for fun. You can read along if you like. Or not! Like my grandmother says: It’s whatever. I don’t care!
